Your dog will be the ONLY camper when they stay with me! I will only accommodate two dogs if they are from the same family. That way they will never lack lots of attention and love - and you won't have to worry about them being around other dogs (aside from my friendly pup!).

Hi There! My name is Jillian and my fur baby's name is Oliver. We are excited to meet you :) I worked at an Animal Hospital for 2 years, have had years of experience dog sitting for friends and family, and am a dog-lover through and through. My experience at the animal hospital ranged from assisting the veterinarian, administering medication and fielding emergency calls. My home is cozy with a large, fenced-in yard. I'm happy to take your dog on walks, play fetch, or lend a lap to lay on -- whatever makes them feel at home. My goal is to give them a vacation while you're away!

I love pets of any kind. I have been sitting for them for 10 years. I feel they bring joy and laughter to anyone. I love being around them. We would go outside and play or to go the park. Or we can just sit outside and enjoy people watching or just relax. When you can't be home or if your on a trip I will take care if your pets like they are my own.

I'm Maureen and I have been an animal lover since I was a child! I have cared for an array of breeds from German Shepherds, Rat Terriers, Queensland Heelers, to Labs and English Bulldogs. I understand that animals are more than pets they are family! I am a very attentive sitter and would love to care for your pet. Although I do not care for pets in my own home I would love to take your pup on a walk or take care of them in their own home. I love to go on long walks near Memorial Park, play fetch, or cuddle. We're an active couple in our late twenties with a serious case of puppy love. We have two of our own, and we frequently have foster pups in residence. We want to spoil yours just as we spoil ours--with lots of cuddles, outdoor time, and parent-approved treats. We will be happy to visit your home and care for your fur baby.

Plus, we offer a special service! Do you have a pup with lots of energy? We bet that your pup would love to come for a run with us! We are experienced runners who have completed marathons, half marathons, and obstacle course races, and we love to run with our own pups. We will carry water and a portable bowl, so your pup stays well hydrated during his workout. We may carry a cell phone for safety, but we will not use headphones while your pup is running with us. Our attention will be completely on him. We can take him to the trails, where softer ground may be easier on his feet, or we can stay in your neighborhood or local park. We will run in any weather that is safe your pup, for as long and as far as he wants to go! We reserve the right to cut the run short if he shows signs of fatigue or other health concerns, or in the event of severe weather. Your pup's safety and happiness will be our number one priority! Our goal is to bring him back tired and happy, ready for a calm night resting with his family.

WHY PICK ME ?

From the age of 15, I have independently cared for people's pets and their homes. Since 2014, I have done short and long term foster care for rescue groups and the Nebraska Humane Society. This has helped to broaden my first aid skills. My home is cleaned and disinfected between guests.

Notice I have gained all 6 badge credentials! I have real practial experience with a variety of dogs. From 2 weeks old to 19 years old. From Pomeranians to Mastiffs. I understand that some may need more personal cuddle time, and others may need more games of fetch. I adapt to your individual furbaby!

THINGS I'D LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR DOG:

I have worked with many issues: potty training, food/toy aggression, medications, deaf, blind, tripod, high energy. To provide the best care possible, I want to know your pets' special needs such as separation anxiety or dietary restrictions etc.

If I come to your house, I go by your setup. (dog in bed, no kennel etc)

I occasionally may leave the house to run an errand. For everyone's safety, at my house, I kennel all dogs in my absence. I conveniently have an extra puppy pen, kennel and/or bed for your dog's comfort. (See pictures)
*It is important that they are comfortable being in a kennel for 3- 4 hours.*

We prefer dogs to settle in and not bark from how much they miss you. I want your pup to have an awesome, fun, and stress free stay! I will send photo updates as frequently as you like. Even daily!

All dogs over 5 months old must be spayed/ neutered.
Puppies 5 months and younger do not have to be fixed.

Let me know if your family has more than 2 dogs and I can adjust.

Please inquire for the different rates for drop ins for fish, cats or horses.

If you'd like an assessment done on training your dog please book either a Sunday or Wednesday. I will work with your dog one on one finding what the triggers really are and how best to assist them to be a happier dog.

Hello! I am currently a 29 year old Air Force retiree and full-time mom waiting for my graduate school program to start in August 2017. I have 6 fur-babies total; 3 cats, 3 dogs (2 pit bulls and a chihuahua). I have grown up around animals my whole life, dog breeds including; German Shepherds, Rottweilers, and St. Bernards. While in high school I volunteered my time at a veterinary clinic, so I am familiar with post-procedure animals.

I am not a professional dog trainer or groomer, but I offered the service as I am good with reinforcing good behaviors, as well as kennel training, and practicing basic commands. I am also comfortable bathing and clipping nails if needed, but I wouldn't trust me with a pair of scissors (I have first grade pictures to prove it) As far as our caged friends go, I have experience with birds, rabbits, and gerbils. I am not afraid of rats, reptiles, or snakes, but I will need some guidance on basic care of them.

If you choose to use me for the house sitting service you should first know that I do not sleep at the clients house (as I have children and may be needed at home) but will check in on your fur-baby many times per day, late before bedtime, and early morning; I do not book more than one client at a time, so your pet has all of my attention. If you have a dog that needs to go out in the middle of the night, I would also be happy letting them out in the middle of the night, too. I will make sure to exercise them, play with them, and give them lots of attention so they don't miss you too much while you're away!
