I've lived with my mother and my 15-year old younger brother in Burlington for the past 6 years. I currently go to school at UNCG double majoring in Music Education and Mathematics and I now rent an apartment right by the school. I am home in Burlington for the summer and every weekend,therefore I can pet sit at both locations (Greensboro and Burlington). I absolutely LOVE and adore dogs. I have a Husky (almost 3 years) and he is always full of energy! I have experience dog sitting for my pastors' two dogs, a Chihuahua and a Box, as well as with DogVacay guests. My home in Burlington has a huge backyard but whether I'm in Burlington or in Greensboro I enjoy being outdoors, walking, jogging, and just being with dogs.

Since my home in Greensboro does not have a large fenced in backyard like the one in Burlington does, if I watch your dog in Greensboro I would offer to take your dog on one trip to a local dog park! Since there is limited outside space, I can also give your dogs free walks.

An additional note: My profile may say that there are children under 18 living in my home and that I have a large fenced in backyard. These conditions apply to my Burlington home. My apartment in Greensboro does NOT have children under 18 living here and does NOT have a fenced in backyard.

I'm currently a Music student at UNCG in Greensboro, and I have free time in which I'd LOVE to spend time with your pets. I have had several dogs and cats in the past, and have taken care of them in a variety of situations ranging from post-surgery and special needs to old age. I currently have a 9-year old Siberian Husky who is my best friend. We love to play together, go on walks and meet other dogs and people. Dogs rule here! Your pet will love being pampered in this home away from home. My goal is to make Fido feel as comfortable as possible with regular play time and cuddle time. We have been dogvacay sitters on and off for 5 years now!

I live in a 3 bedroom, 900 sq ft home and we have extra rooms if your dog needs kenneling. The backyard is fenced and the dogs are never left outside unattended.

There is a lot to do at my home! Cuddling and scritches on the couch and low stress exercise like playing fetch and going for walks. I have a 15 foot wall of glass in my living room that faces a little patch of woods. It is a great place for pets to watch squirrels and the like.

I am available 24/7, same day booking. My schedule is very flexible and I am available through my cell phone at all times. I live across the street from Quaker Village so my home is local and less than a mile from an Emergency Vet, if for any reason it is needed.

The crux of the matter, before anything else, is that your pet/s will be with someone who values them as much as you do. Since I was 8 years old, more than 40 years, I've had an affinity for children, dogs and cats. I include "children" because our pets are close to our hearts, very much like children. They depend on us for everything, and they love us unconditionally.

I intend to be available year round for assistance with your pets, including most holidays. Although I ask for a one-day notice, There will be many times when I could come at a moment's notice, in an emergency, so don't ever hesitate to make the request. I will do my best to fulfill it. My services will include staying overnight at your home, pet visits, dog-walking, transportation and bathing. If you have a routine with your pets, I will follow it so that they will feel safe, secure and happy in your absence.
