My name is Janel and I worked as a professional dog walker on New York City for many years before traveling with the circus as a performer (where I also tended to show dogs, horses, and pigs.) I settled in Sarasota to start my own dog walking and pet sitting company. What started last year as a hopeful dream is now a fully-fledged business. Thank you for your interest. I have a seven year old greyhound. He is very calm and pleasant. It is best for us to have dogs 30 pounds and over.

We have a large fenced yard.We walk a minimum of two strolls per day. The morning walk is at least one mile. I work from home so I am with the pups almost all the time.

I live in Sarasota and I love all in animal. I couldn't be happier then when I I'm with or taking care of them. My family had Mini Pets of different kinds growing up in my my house. I truly enjoy helping animals, Even if that's just a little extra attention. I have raised wild orphaned animals. I can remain calm and take action in case of any medical emergency with animals (speaking from experience )

Hi! My name is Jess. I recently moved to the Sarasota, so this is my first time on Dog Vacay, but back in Pennsylvania, I dog and cat sat frequently for family and friends. I LOVE animals. I adopted my one-eyed rescue cat, Ollie, and recently lost my 6-year-old lab to cancer. My cat is not the biggest fan of other animals, so I'd prefer to watch your pets at your place. I volunteered at the Humane Society when I lived in Pa, so I have experience with all sorts of pets from all sorts of backgrounds.

**About my home/services**
I would be happy to watch your pets at your place or keep them at mine if it is for a night or two. Again, my cat isn't a big fan of other animals (he lost his eye to a dog), but if it's for a night or two, he is ok. I'm very active, so I can take your pet on as many walks as he or she needs!

**About my neighborhood**
I live near a lake with a walking/running path around it. I'm new to the area, so I'm not sure about dog parks, but I'd be happy to try any out that you suggest!

**What to expect**
Lots of cuddles (if the pup is ok with that), long walks, runs (if they prefer), playing ball. Again, I'm active and flexible, so whatever they need!

**Special rules or requests**
I'd prefer to not work with aggressive dogs. I have no restrictions when it comes to breeds or size. I would prefer to meet your pup before we hang out!

Over 40 years experience w/animals. I've had cats, dogs, birds and other animals. I was babysitting for animals before it became commonplace. I pass a level II background check (state/federal).

**About my home**
Dogs dropped off for daycare and overnight services are NEVER left unattended. I provide a doggy diary, listing exact times, activities and observations when I visit your home. I live almost next door to an emergency vet, open 24/7.

**About my neighborhood**
Fairly quiet residential neighborhood with nice sidewalks, great for short or long walks. Close enough to walk over a bridge to hear the creek.

**What to expect**
Constant care, talks, walks, play time, lap time and pampering :) Brushing, combing, running around the yard. Can also spend time at nearby park and the water.

**Special rules or requests**
Bring whatever your baby plays with, sleeps on, eats and treats. If nothing of that nature, please bring something that smells like you.

I have one dog of my own who I have had for six years and she is well-trained. I have spent ten years growing up breeding dogs and training them for kennel shows.
I am a very active person so I would enjoy keeping your dog fit and active while I enjoy their company since I am such a huge dog enthusiast! I have a huge yard and live four houses down from a park and a bay so playful dog dates are expected!

I live in a large home with a fenced in yard. I offer almost full supervision, except when I am at my day job for a few hours in the morning. Safety is of utmost importance, and I am well-trained in dog handling as I grew up breeding large dogs and taking part in dog shows through the American Kennel Club.

I live three houses down from a intercoastal waterway channel that has a large fenced-in park. Dogs I've watched previously love going to play in the park with my dog and running around freely.

**What to expect**
Cuddles for days! Runs if your dog is more active, long walks work well too if they are a bit slower, I have a large yard to run around in play in, or they can simply smell the new scents!

**Special rules or requests**
No special needs, I can pick up or drop off your pet for a minimal fee. I do know how to administer medication to dogs so as long as you provide proper instructions and medication that shouldn't be a concern.
