I work in Santa Monica, and have a dog friendly office, so your pup will have lots of opportunity to socialize, or just hang out during the day if they come to work with me. Walks by the beach are a favorite. Kittys will get all the love and pets they can stand too!

Greetings all! My name is Keela and I understand how difficult it can be for your furry pal to leave the comfort of their own home. This is why I come to you! You will have the peace of mind knowing you can travel while your pup(s) will be taken care of. I decided to become a sitter because I love animals and really enjoy their company. We would go for long walks with play time at the park.

I do work 5 days a week 8 hours for each day, BUT my employer is dog-friendly!!! I can bring your pups to work with me where they will be under my 24/7 supervision at your request. There will be no extra charge for this request.

SIDENOTE: I am open to Hosting with other animals around. For example, if you have birds, snakes or hamsters etc. they are okay by me. I am sad to say I cannot provide services with cats around. Although they are extremely adorable I am DEATHLY allergic. I will be unable to accept requests from families that own cats.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH DOGS

I own 3 Lhasa apsos and they have each taught me something different. My 1st dog ever was Mercedes. I am sad to say that she is no longer with us. Mercedes was true to her breed and would let you know when we had a visitor before they have even gotten out of the car. She loved to make sure our backyard was animal free and was our little guardian. As she got older her vision started to fade and she eventually became partially blind. Mercedes was my 1st experience at providing 24/7 supervision. Since she was unable to see 100% I had to constantly make sure she was not bumping into walls or getting into things she should not. It was hard to see her go but I know wherever she is, she is happily chasing squirrels.

My second pup is my lover boy Marty. I rescued him from a puppy mill so building trust was a bit challenging in the beginning. He was very skittish and extremely attached to me only once I was able to break down those barriers. Marty has taught me how to work with a shy guy and how to help build confidence around other humans and dogs. He now loves to give kisses and lounge underneath your feet when it is movie time.

My 3rd pup is Chocolate Bunny. He is the son of Mercedes and Marty's 2nd litter. Boy is he SPOILED! He is not fixed so he does have aggressive tendencies. He has never attacked a human but has fought with Marty a few times. He was very possessive of Mercedes and it was a challenge to get him to cooperate. He has taught me how to handle the bad boys of the pack. This was a challenging learning experience because I had to make sure I showed leadership and break up some pretty nasty fights. He has given me the insight on how to deal with aggressive dogs. I can also tell the difference between his aggressive growls and his "I'm just talking mess" growls.

* All **SITTING SERVICES** come with vet visits or appointments. If you pup has a scheduled appointment while in my care I can take them there at no extra cost.

* If you need to have your pup with me while I am at work please let me know ahead of time as there is a process in place.

* All walking services come with the option of ensuring your pup has been fed if needed.

I have a big front yard for them to play and I love to take them hiking or to the dogs park to run free and socialize with other buddies ,
I love to give them frozen organic veg treats and walk them at least 3/4 times a day

I have no problem on them sleeping in my bed , as far as the owners are agree with it.
I usually work at home as freelance so have a lot of opportunity to cuddle and take the dogs for walks .

I have enjoyed caring for pets for many years and I connect very well with all types of animals. My goal is not only to take care of all of their needs and owners requests but also to make sure that they have a great and happy experience when I am caring for them. If you travel whether for a few days or a few weeks (or more) I can care for your pets and home so that they can keep their daily routine while you are away. My overnight rates start at $60 per night. I also can walk your dogs if you are in or near Santa Monica (i.e. Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Venice, Marina del Rey). I have grown up with dogs my whole life. I have had dogs from 10lbs to 95lbs. Two of my family dogs were raised from puppyhood, and one we adopted at age 1yo from a local shelter.

I have volunteered at local animal shelters and vet offices since I was in elementary school and have been fostering dogs for the past 4 years.

I love to be outside with the dogs; whether thats on a walk, on a hike, or even just sitting in a park. Your dog will get a ton of cuddles, kisses, and treats (if allowed). I live two blocks from Palisades Park, where your dog will have miles to walk, run, sniff, and/or meet new friends.

I work 10 minutes from my home and will be able to come home throughout the work days to give your pup love.

My name is Carly. I just turned 27 and I have time off until I go back to University at the end of summer! I would love to continue watching pets once I'm back in class, but my schedule is particularly open until then.

My beautiful baby girl, Mary Jane, is ten already! She is the most calm and sweet Chorkie around. Yes, I know her name is silly, but I was sixteen when I got her as a gift from my best friends. They knew how upset I was after the passing of my first dog, a Bichon Frise named Bailey.

Fun fact: I've trained each dog I've had to speak (bark) once at the door to let me know she needs to go out to potty!

I know how nerve wrecking travel can be when you can't bring your pets with you. I always want to feel like she is in the best care possible so I can relax and enjoy my trip. I also understand that at times we get super busy and an extra set of hands during the day can be very valuable when we don't have the assistance of roommates. How awesome is it to live alone and not have to clean up after other people though?! Haha!

Right now, since I'm in school, I am renting a room in Santa Monica which is why I'm starting off by offering mobile pet care and services. I would love to get my own place and be able to have your dog sleep over with MJ and I sometime in the future!

Hi! I moved from Chicago about a year ago, where I was hosting some of my favorite furry friends, and I'm excited to explore the West Coast with some new ones!

If you are looking for someone to love your pup like a member of the family while you are away, I will gladly hound at the opportunity! While the timing is not right for me to get a dog of my own, I welcome any chance I get to play or cuddle with one! To get my fix in the past, I've even worked as a dog-walker in the dead of Chicago Winters! I am a professional actor, and my schedule varies based on current work. The good news for you is that I often have daytime and/or nighttime availability!

I am a huge dog lover who grew up with a very special Maltese. I have dog-sat for all ages from puppy to senior Labs, Bulldogs, Frenchies, Mixes, as well as a charming Bernese Mountain Dog. My husband and I (in our late twenties), and our two lovely dogs recently moved to the area and enjoy hosting other dogs. We live in a one-bedroom apartment, which is very dog friendly.

**About my home/services**
Our apartment is 6 blocks from Palisades Park, where we take our dogs for walks daily. When we host, we take the dogs out 3x per day, sometimes more. Both of us are experienced with walking multiple dogs at a time. Dogs will have access to toys, treats and, if necessary, wee wee pads.

**About my neighborhood**
Arguably the best area in the LA area, North Santa Monica enjoys near-perfect year round weather, proximity to the beach and is a very dog friendly neighborhood.

**What to expect**
long walks (sometimes up to 1-2 hours). Friends to play with (our two dogs are extremely playful and friendly). They'll eat/sleep as normal.

**Special rules or requests**
Since our place isn't too large, we can only accept dogs under 25 lbs. Dogs must be dropped off. We'll require you to provide us with an emergency animal hospital in the local area of your choosing. Thanks

I am a complete animal lover. I guess you can say I have a special bond with them. I have found ways to relate to them and find out their needs.

I have had many pets in my lifetime and dogs have always been a part of my life. I recently lost my lovely Odie who was a Pit Bull/Corgi mix to a debilitating bone disorder.

I have experience with dogs of all sizes , breeds and temperaments. I also have experience with bird and cats.

I can do dog sitting on the weekends primarily and possibly throughout the week. I go to Pierce College in Woodland Hills on Tuesday and Thursdays. I would be providing care in your home while you are away. I would make sure to try and stick to your usual routine in order to make your animals as comfortable as possible while you are gone.
