My name is Irene and I have been a dog owner for more than fifteen years. My current dogs are small and medium, but I love dogs of all shapes and sizes! I love animals more than anything, and my friends always comment that I need to stop trying to pet every dog I see. I am very experienced in dog care, from feeding to playing to bathing them, and I love seeing healthy and happy dogs running around and just being dogs.
I usually walk my dogs in the afternoon and evening. Sometimes I take them out in the morning depending on my schedule for the day. I like to take them to the park or the beach and have them mingle and play with other dogs. They also get fed at specific times during the day (because Brownie gained a few extra pounds from treats haha)!
I am an extremely responsible dog owner, but I've also had the pleasure of owning rodents, fish, and birds. I know how to handle the more technical sides of animal care like feeding, walking, and bathing, but I also love interacting with them and playing with them! So far, I can't think of any restrictions that I have. Animals are amazing and I'm so lucky to have been able to have them in my life!

Hello! My name is Julianna and I love animals. I used to work at a doggie daycare center one summer before college and loved it. Now I watch and walk dogs part time until I get my own dog. I treat them as I would my own:with lots of love and attention!

We live in a spacious, pet friendly apartment with an extra room and a courtyard (for shy dogs--its separated from downtown). The apartment is right in downtown Santa Cruz and when I say spacious I mean it! We have laminate hardwood floors in common areas and have just moved in, so there are fewer risks of things lying around on the ground since it's a fresh and clean environment with lots of air. We are a good 20 minute walk to the dog beach!

We can accommodate most needs. I had a regular dog walking job, but sadly she passed away :( I miss her already, and would love to make a new furry friend! I am an avid animal lover with a small 10 pound Chihuahua-Min Pin mix named Marty. I live with my partner who also loves dogs. We provide a safe and loving home for small and medium sized dogs. We love walking and being outside. I am a volunteer at the Santa Cruz animal shelter. A typical day for your dog will involve numerous walks and lots of love and cuddles.

I'm a 20 year old, full time biology student at UC Santa Cruz. I have personally owned many dogs, rabbits, and reptiles, and I have a serious passion for all animals. I have cared for lots of animals of all types and sizes, with all different needs through Rover and Care.com. I am looking to expand my client base!

Located just 3 blocks from the beach, with a large securely fenced back yard and doggie door, dogs get a very special stay, while their owners are away. They are socialized to be part of a peaceful pack. Bad habits like leash pulling, jumping, or barking are easily eliminated. Cats have their own special space. As a retired educator and nurse, I have a comfort with medications or other special needs. I am certified in pet first aid, pet sitting and dog behavior training.

At Mishi's and Roxy's Best Friends Club your little doggie gets the best! We don't keep your dog in a yard or crate all day with nothing to do we actually do fun stuff! We are a fun and nerdy surfing family of Myself (Mishi), Roxy (frenchy/bull terrier mix) Polly (known as Uncle Polly, my BF), and Mojo (the cat!). What you will expect: Beach time everyday (maybe 2x a day if the surf is good) , shopping and restaurants all over Santa Cruz (we eat out alot and so will your pooch and yes we know all the dog friendly places), nature hikes and neighborhood walks, socialization with other pups, pics and videos sent daily, and plenty of play time with Roxy! She loves other dogs! I also love to cuddle and give kisses (doggies only! lol). I take Roxy everywhere I can which means your doggie will too! We will tucker them out and they will get plenty of exercise thats for sure! Dogs are allowed inside or out in our yard, they have free range and choice to wander in or out or just nap on the couch. I am a current volunteer at the Santa Cruz Animal Shelter and foster puppies to become adoptable when needed. I also work on-call at a bigger Boarding company that handles about 15 big dogs at a time. I have the expierence and passion. Roxy is my life and she is most happy when she has a Best Friend around. I am a student at UCSC and I live on campus. I couldn't bring my dogs from home in SoCal (one quite large and medium mixed breed dogs). I love animals and I would be happy to take yours on a walk like I used to with my dogs at home. I have also had cats, fish, ducks, turtles, and chickens before so I am well acquainted with animals of all sorts. I can bring your dog to a nearby park, hiking trail, or beach if your dog likes that or I can bring a friend with me if your dog loves extra attention.

I have lived with pets my whole life and love dogs especially! As a college student i spend a lot of my time studying, and i think walking and caring for some dogs would help make my life happier! I have never met a dog that i didn't like (or one that didn't like me) and would love to care for your loving family member while you're away!

I have been a pet owner for 16 years and have loved every minute of it. I have one dog of my own who lives with me all year and in the summer and over holidays I take care of my parents' dogs as well. With the herd of small dogs I have learned how to take care of pups who might need extra love and attention when their owner leaves as well as giving oral medications. One of my dogs dislikes the idea of leashes and pulls often, so I understand how to relax a dog enough to not pull. Dogs who also dislike other dogs are safe with me as I have also learned how to handle this behavior as well. I would love to just spend time playing and loving on any dog that will let me. I also love giving treats and squeaking toys/tossing tennis balls. If your dog loves attention, playtime, and treats I'm sure we would be a great team!
