**About me**
I have a college degree in Canine Psychology from a University dedicated to helping dogs help people. I attained that degree 10 years ago from the Bergin University of Canine Studies and became a Certified Service Dog Trainer. Afterwards I continued my education and became certified in Dog Walking and Pet First Aid and CPR. Then 8 years ago I opened my business- Smooch A Pooch Services and have been happily playing and working with dogs ever since! I offer dog training, dog walking and now pet sitting services. I have 2 kitties and a dog named Utah- 1/2 Golden 1/2 Lab and he is my heart and my soul. He comes with me on most of my walks and has been with me for 9 1/2 years now. My boyfriend who lives with me, Rich, also is a dog enthusiast and accompanies me on many of my walks- Dogs are my passion in life and I am so lucky to have a successful business working with furry ones.

**About my home/services**
I will only pet sit in YOUR home- mine is very small and is at max capacity with my partner, dog and 2 kitties. I will come either for a drop in visit during the day or I will stay over night. The overnights include feeding and two walks, tons of snuggling and training if you request it. A drop in visit consists of one walk for potty purposes, feeding and snuggle time.

**About my neighborhood**
I live in San Anselmo but bring my dogs to different areas of Marin. My daily dog walking service area is from Larkspur Landing to Lucas Vally, into Sleepy Hollow. I am open to doing training or overnights in all of Marin. I love to bring dogs on leash walks in Sleepy Hollow and Terra Linda, to the dog park (my favorite one!) behind Safeway in San Anselmo, and to open spaces weather permitting.

**What to expect**
I excel at dog training with owners and am happy to work with the dogs solo as well during my stay. I am a HUGE lover of snuggling and kissing- hence "Smooch" A Pooch Services. I enjoy walking with pups, watching them swim and teaching them in a variety of locations.

**Special rules or requests**
The only type of dog that I cannot work with at this current time are x-tra large dogs who pull on a leash- my lower back is recovering from an injury. I can typically train a dog to not pull quickly, however at this stage I cannot risk a re-injury.

Hi there my name is Britney and I currently work at two local elementary schools, where I love going to work everyday and seeing those smiling faces from the children. I currently housesit/dogsit for families from my work, usually around holidays but thought I would try DogVacay to help other people in my community.
When I housesit/dogsit I usually care for the house and make sure the mail is taking care of as well as anything else that might be needed done around the house. Currently I help out a family of five with their lovely older chocolate lab, who I walk and feed while they are away. I'm very respectful of your things while you are away and will always make sure your pet is safe and being well taken care of.
I will take leisure walks around the neighborhood to make sure your pet stays in their comfort.

Ashley Good is a Stanford graduate working on her masters in ethology, particularly the human-canine bond. She has worked with and received dog-training guidance with leading experts in the companion animal field. Ashley is also a dog training assistant at the Marin Humane Society. I have been loving and caring for Dogs for the past 15 years, offering boarding, daycare and walking services. Dogs are given lots of exercise, love and time to work on their social skills with the other dogs in the pack and are with me 24/7. I am located in a shady, dog walking neighborhood close to flat and/or mountainous hiking trails depending on your pets capabilities. My backyard is fenced in for additional outdoor play. For those pets with extra energy, we go on a "field trip" to a local grassy park for mid-day ball chasing. Rates quoted are 24 hours if additional time needed I charge $7.00 per hour. Surcharge for puppies under 2 years. Daycare available for up to 9 hours per day. Would love to meet you and your pooch!

I love animals and care for them deeply! I have been caring for animals all my life and I will love your pets as if they were my own. With several years of house/petsitting as well as dog boarding, I also have much experience with animals that have special needs like separation anxiety, aggression towards other animals, and issues that come with older age. My home is suitable for up to 3 dogs depending on their compatibility and needs. It is really important that all your pets quirks are disclosed before doggie care in my home. This way I can plan accordingly. I live in a friendly appt complex in San Anselmo off of Sir Francis Drake. I am a single dwelling, one bedroom unit with a full bath to bath dogs if needed. I am conveniently situated near hiking trails I will enjoy with your dog each day. I am also able to stay at your home where your pet/s can stay in a comfortable, familiar space. I have several long term petsitting clients because I am a kind, honest, and respectful caretaker.

In addition to around the clock in-home care, I can also make sure your plants, mail and general home up-keeping is taken care of (small extra fee).
