This might be a little long but this is what happened. Over a year ago I booked a stay for my dog with Rose. We were very happy with the service we received and had no problem. Last week we had a death in the family and had to fly out of town rather quickly. I went to Rover.com and again requested to book with Rose. My request was excepted. I called the night before our 7:00 requested drop off time to get the address. Rose answered and said she would send the address and the gate code and confirmed the early drop off was fine. I got nothing. I called the day of our flight several times with no answer and voice mail was full. One time someone picked up and hung up. She would not take my calls and we were on our way to the airport. She never called me. I had to scramble to fine someone to not only watch our dog but that would go pick her up. Not the stress we needed going to a family funeral.

Very kind hearted lady. Eased our anxiety about our being first time away from Pup. Beautiful clean home. Would recommend her to everyone. Gail F.
