Hello! I'm looking to spend some quality doggie time without a 15 year commitment. I had a wonderful pup for many years, but she has since passed on. I have 2 dog-friendly cats (shots up to date) and live in an awesome doggie neighbourhood with lots of trees, parks and walking trails. I live in the Crown Point East/Delta East area and work from home so I like the extra company and reason to take a break from work! Please only well-adjusted and people-friendly dogs, we like to entertain and the dog needs to be comfortable with people and the cats. I volunteered at the Oakville Humane Society when I was in college and am comfortable with animals, and I love walking dogs, playing fetch, etc. I am also a Foster Parent with The City of Hamilton Animal Services, and the HWSPCA (just waiting for the right match) My schedule is flexible so I can give your pup the care he needs while you're gone. Short term requests only, please. Woof!

Lisa is an awesome caretaker in general. Humans, animals, plants, if it's alive she'll take care of it. Her home is always either spotless or, at worst, one step below that. She's a no-nonsense woman that understands that if she's in charge of an animal, she's in charge of their health and safety, not just their fun. Does your animal have dietary restrictions? A comfort blanket? Specific training they need to uphold? No problem. I've watched her take care of her own animals and they love her to no end and respect her immensely. She is the only person I've met who's managed to teach her cats not to scream for breakfast at 4am. Anyway, she's great.
Lisa was great with Luna and gave us multiple updates to let us know how it’s going which we really appreciated! Fully recommend Lisa!
Great expereince and great piece of mind! Lisa was very accomodating of our last minute request to take care of our 4 year old pug, Maury, even over the Christmas/New Years holiday period. Maury received excellent and loving care, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend LIsa to friends looking to have their dog looked after in a warm and caring in-home setting. Mike D

A typical day
We can go for walks in the neighbourhood, and if they're up for it, socialize with some other well-behaved dogs in the hood! Gage Park is very close and a great place to check out all the trees and new smells!

I have cats so I care for them every day. I like to take walks at lunch during weekdays, so dog walking or dog visitors are great!
