Penny's house is a spacious three-bedroom apartment in the vibrant (and dog-friendly!) Harlem neighborhood of New York.
It's also home to an adorable, three-year-old miniature golden doodle named Penny. She's a 13-pound, fluffy ball of joy, one of the most friendly, naturally social creatures in all of Dog Kingdom. She plays well with all dogs, but especially with dogs her own size. She gladly welcomes any other dogs into our home — there's not an ounce of aggression or territorial instinct in this pup.
We love dogs, and it's always a treat to have other dogs around because it makes her life that much more enjoyable.
Our apartment is almost all hardwood floors so resistant to dog accidents. A long hallway and wide spaces mean lots of room for the dogs to chase each other around. Big kitchen with room for feeding multiple dogs at once. Huge park areas just blocks away.
We have a small cat who is very friendly but mostly just stays out of the way when new creatures — human or animal — are around.
We're doing this because we love dogs, and love having other dogs around for Penny.
