Pet care experience
**PLEASE READ! KEY INFO included.** Welcoming pooches of all shapes, sizes, and breeds into my humble abode of comfort, fun, and love!! With over 20 years experience with pet ownership and animal care, daily activities will include, but not limited to: Walks in and around our luscious community "Green Belt," play time in the over-sized backyard with tons of toys to choose from when the weather is just right, as well as downtime to cuddle and relax. Treats are given with owner's permission. Please be advised that a day is defined as 24hrs, NOT by calendar day. If, for example, a reservation begins at 10PM on Thursday and ends at 6PM on Sunday, a surcharge for the additional 8 hours will be applied in a Custom Quote.

Danyel's service was exceptional! When we needed to be out of town unexpectedly for a week, we contacted Danyel to take care of our two small dogs. It was our first experience with Rover so we were a bit unsure. Danyel put us at ease with her reliable communication, opportunity to meet and greet, as well as pictures of our pups throughout the week. They were happy when we picked them up and much more calm than they've been in the past after being boarded with a veterinarian. We definitely have plans to connect with Danyel for dogcare needs in the future.

Danyel is a great host! My dog, Frankie is a repeat customer and always enjoys his stay. He gets so excited to see Danyel and her mom, Sharon. I know he's in good hands when he is there! They are true dog people. Danyel is great about sending photos and updates too. She's flexible about drop-off and pick-up times too. I've had some last minute trips come up, and they're always willing to watch Frankie.
Danyel was great! Flexible on drop-off and pick-up time and her and her mother took great care of Nino and when he was picked up was looking happy as a clam.

I treat my visiting pets they same as I treat my own. With love, attention, and some spoiling. (But not too much of the latter!) When staying with an animal in their home I do my best to learn about their routine and habits so I make it as easy for them as possible to adjust to sharing their space with someone new.

Any special dietary and/ or behavioral needs. If considering boarding in my home, whether or not they get along with other dogs as I have my own pup and therefore, can not accommodate boarders who are not social. Any other little eccentricities your fur babies might have or do that may seem odd or unconventional to someone who doesn't know them. No judgment! Just want to be informed.
A typical day
Typically we wake up, we get some water, go outside, depending on their feeding schedule we may eat. Weather permitting, we'll play outside but can always take activities indoors. Safely of course. We'll probably chill and watch some TV for a bit as well. Please note: Walks will only be completed at the owner's request. During the summer, they will only be completed at sunset due to the high temperatures of the pavement.

Availability
I am a part-time bartender at a local casino. Days I do work are 8 hour shifts. My dog is crated while I'm at work and any pets boarding in my home would also need to be. On my days off I spend the entire day with my furry clients 😊 Ultimately, after a long day, it works out great because as happy as they are to see a human, I am equally as happy to see them!
