My name is Clare Myers, and I am a full-time student at Kennesaw State University. I have been passionate about animals for as long as I can remember, and caring for them is what fuels my passion. Growing up in a home where I was able to care for many different animals only intensified my love for them, and I truly cannot imagine life without them. My family includes a pit bull terrier/bulldog mix named Teddy, a ferret named Woozy, a crowntail beta named Jaws, and a green parakeet named Bird.
Experience: I have accumulated over 70 hours of volunteer work with animals including caring for dogs in a non-profit shelter and volunteering at a hippotherapy organization. Working as a pet-sitter for 6 years and owning a variety of pets, I have experience with a long list of animals from common pets such as dogs and cats to exotic pets such as ferrets, amphibians, and reptiles. I am more than willing to go above and beyond to ensure your furry friend receives the love and care they deserve!
Unfortunately, living on a college campus does not allow me to board animals. I am, however, willing to do as much as I can to ensure proper care for your pets- Just ask!
