I requested Jess for house sitting services for a weekend and I was not very pleased with the services provided. I was constantly checking in on Jess for updates and her response time was very slow. Our dog, Nona, was in her crate close to 9hrs if not more every day Jess was hired to watch her. On one occasion Nona pooped in her crate because she couldn’t hold it anymore. I had to let Jess know that Nona pooped in her crate because she was not home yet -- luckily I checked on Nona frequently through our doggie camera. Jess did not follow Nona’s outlined feeding schedule and other care instructions since on Friday she was in her crate pass 6pm and Saturday Nona was in her crate from around 11am to 8pm. As discussed with Jess Nona is fed between 6-7pm. I also specifically told Jess to lock Nona’s crate every time she left the house since Nona gets anxious and tries to get out. On one occasion she neglected to do so and Nona got out her crate. As a result, we lost our pet beta fish and soiled our carpet from oil stains from products Jess left out. Nona is a very high energy dog. As a result, I requested that she would be taken to the dog park, I am not sure if Jess ever did as I never received pictures of Nona at park. In addition, Jess mentioned during our meet and greet that she would like to bring her dog over to our home during her stay and explained that she would be sure to utilize a crate she planned to bring to put her dog in when she would leave the house, but I believe she did not. When checking our camera Jess’ dog was out while Nona was in her crate and Jess was not home. During our meet and greet, her dog had an accident which is why asked if she would bring a crate. When I returned home from my vacation I discovered several urination and fecal stains on our carpet primarily located in our guest room where Jess was staying. The bathroom and kitchen floor was covered with oil residue as well. I spent hours, after a day of traveling, cleaning once I got home. Because of Jess's negligence, my home smells of urine and feces. I can only imagine how much worse the damage would have been if I was not diligently watching on our doggie camera or I would have had no idea of what was transpiring during Jess's stay.

Jessica is absolutely amazing! Our Ramone suffers from extreme separation anxiety, but Jessica did so well at making him feel comfortable. She was very patient with him needing to warm up to her at first and gave us frequent updates (with pictures) of how he was doing! We will definitely be using her services again! Thank you, Jessica!
