About Pam

30 Years Experience Caring For Dogs
Former SPCA Law Enforcement Officer, (animal cruelty investigator) government investigator and part time police officer.

Please be advised I have just moved to Marlboro a fewminuted from Spotswood and I am now open for business. The new house is on a winding wooded street with 1.5 acres and a fully fenced in yard. Even better for all of my doggie friends!! They are going to love it as much as I do. I should be in around March 15 if all goes well. I posted a picture. The estimated closing date is March 10th.

I had 2 dobermans for 14 years and do this mostly for companionship and love. I love animals so deeply I cannot own my own again and get my doggy love through dog sitting. I live alone and this 4 bedroom house will need some doggy company. I have a regular customer base outside of here and many repeat customers. I consider my doggy friends my best friends.

I treat your dog exactly the way you do. Your dog will not pick up any new habits here except maybe a little too much attention getting.

If you would like me to watch your dog exclusively and not take on any other dogs during their stay there will be a $20.00 per day charge. (not offered during Holiday weeks) There are no refunds for exclusive stay bookings. I generally do not take dogs under a year old.

Dogs under one year old please add $20.00 per day.

Please be aware that I charge by the day not by the night so you will get a custom quote. Please advise pick up and drop off times since this may not apply if your pick up is early or drop off is late.

We walk a lot and play outside so there is plenty of exercise.

I currently work part time and do a lot of work from home. See the images in my album. Please call me with any questions.

I am a photographer and many of my customers enjoy the emails I will send to you every few days with pictures of your pooch.

Lonely in Marlboro.

Pam was very friendly and very knowledgeable about socializing dogs. Seems to truly love caring for dogs and made great efforts to find out my preferences and honor them.
Bo loved his stay with Pam. She spoiled him as much as we do. I thought we would come back and find that he had lost a few pounds (he could afford to) but we find him fat and happy
Nemo had a great time. Pam is accomadating to Nemo's special diet.
Finding the right sitter for your fur babies can be tough, especially if they have special needs. I have 2 dogs: 16 year-old blind dachshund and 6 year old Golden Retriever that requires daily medication for epilepsy. I meet with Pam and she assured me that she was willing to not only provide them with a place to stay but also give them love. I dropped them off and received a picture the next morning of my little guy sleeping on her lap and my big guy sleeping on the couch. It was obvious they were right at home. I can tell you she was AWESOME with the boys. They were happy and comfortable in her home. She treated them like family. I will definitely have Pam "babysit" for me again during our next big family event or vacation. When I picked them up on Monday morning they were relaxed.
Thank you, Pam!

Pam was a great host. She treated our mastiff as her own dog and was sad to see him leave. Highly recommend Pam and we look forward to leaving our dog with her again.
Pam is a great host. It is obvious that dogs love her and she loves dogs. This was Lincoln's second time at Pam's house and his tail started wagging the moment we pulled into her driveway. I would give the highest recommendation.
Pam was very accommodating and Dakota felt right at home! I would definitely use her again.
Pam was wonderful with Lucy! Lucy was shy at first and refused to leave her crate (as she is with any new person). Within 20 minutes of leaving Lucy with her, Pam sent me a picture of Lucy sitting on her lap, showing she actually came out of her crate from hiding. Pam was a natural with Lucy, and they seemed to enjoy their time together hanging out all weekend. As the naturally worried doggie parent that I am, I kept in touch with Pam all weekend, and Pam continually sent updates and pictures showing Lucy on her lap or sleeping comfortably on the couch. I would definitely have Lucy stay with Pam again and would recommend her to others.

I felt very comfortable leaving my two dogs with Pam. I’ve finally found someone who not only obviously loves dogs but also really knows how to handle them. When I picked them up, it was clear Pam had taken excellent care of them and had even made a difference in their barking. They looked happy and unstressed and were calmer and more attentive. I will definitely be bringing my dogs to her from now on.
