About Paige

15 Years Experience Caring For Dogs
I grew up surrounded by animals- from my early childhood until adulthood, my family always had, at minimum, 4 dogs and 3 cats at a time. My mother raises Yorkshire Terriers, as did her mother, and all 3 of my siblings have multiple pets, as do I (2 cats and a mixed breed dog named Milky). I treat my pets like family (probably because that's what they are to me). They sleep in my bed (yes, all of them) every night, curl up on my lap when I'm working on my computer or reading, and even eat off my plate sometimes (I can't help it, they're too cute!) I am considered the "go-to" person whenever a family member or friend needs a pet-sitter (two of my siblings live in NYC), and the most animals I've ever taken care of for an extended period of time is 4 dogs (at their owner's home). I am not squeamish or finicky about messes or getting fur all over myself/ my home- that is what vacuums are for! All I care about is ensuring that the animals I'm caring for feel safe, happy, and loved!

Paige was great! Very accommodating with our schedule and caring with our dog.
Paige was kind enough to watch my dog Askar two weekends in a row. She was extremely flexible- she agreed to a meet and greet and accommodated my last minute request. She also sent me several pictures and texted me with updates about my pup and walked him a few times a day, which made me feel at ease when I was out of the state for the weekend. I am always nervous when leaving Askar with other people because he tends to not eat and not act like himself, however it was clear that during the second weekend with Paige, he had come out of his shell and was more comfortable being at her apartment. Thanks again Paige!
