Hi Dog Owners! While I wish I could get another furry friend myself, I'm often not home enough to take on the responsibility of a full time companion just yet. I work remotely as an independent freelancer & live in Astoria. I used Rover years ago and am very excited to get back on the platform because I'm back home from years of traveling the world and want to get a dog of my own eventually.

Olivia watched our yorkie dog, Lucille, over a long weekend in July 2016. She was great to work with! Throughout Lucille's stay, Olivia was very responsive and flexible with our schedule, especially given that our return flight was rescheduled. Her place also has a small outdoor area, which was perfect for Lucille, who gets very anxious outside with all the noise on the city streets. We would recommend Olivia as a sitter!!
Olivia was awesome! I needed to find Bam Bam a place to stay for a few days while I was out of town. Olivia was responsible and definitely cared about making the experience as easy and seamless as possible for both me and my dog. Bam Bam seemed to have a great time at her place and got a lot of walking time and exercise! I had a great experience and would highly recommend Olivia.

I live close to Astoria Park where I'd love to take your dog for a walk and also have a gated backyard (non-grass) which they can run around in. I am also happy to stop by your home and pick up the dogs for a walk!

I love getting a sense of the doggos personalities. Are they hyper? Mellow? How old? Loves fetch? How do they react to other dogs when out on a walk? Anything you think would be helpful to know :)
A typical day
I love taking doggos to Astoria Park or Gantry Park on a long walk by the water, where there's so many nice fields to walk through! I love playing fetch with them too :)

Availability
My hours are pretty flexible and beyond that, I can prioritize spending lots of time with your dog - we can go to the park and play fetch, or take a stroll through the city, or cuddle on my couch watching some Netflix. My 2 roommates are also in their 30's and both have dogs back home with their families, so they'd be able to give your pet just as much love and attention as I would!
