About Luz

21 Years Experience Caring For Dogs
I have been a huge dog lover ever since I can remember. As a little girl I used to run downstairs to play and pet any dog I heard barking outside, cross the street to show any dog love every opportunity I had. When I got to high school I finally convinced my parents to allow me to bring a German Shepard home and completely dedicated my entire life to my dog. My life literally revolved around my Shepard. Unfortunately I had to let him rest in peace after 16 years. I immediately got Duke (my current dog) and my life is all about my baby Dukey now. The only time I leave my house now is to work because all I ever want to do is spent time with my dogs either at home or at the park. They are my world and I am a very happy and positive person with them by my side. I wouldn't have it any other way. My dogs complete me. Some of my friends and family think I am obsessed with my dogs because of how often I turn outings down just to
stay home with my babies (my dogs). I show them love day and night and I enjoy every minute of the day with them. My dogs are my greatest blessing and nothing makes me happier than to be playing at a park or at home with my babies. I have a very deep and profound understanding for dogs and they completely own
my heart. I do not believe in tying them down, limiting them to a certain area or locking them in a crate. I believe dogs should be free to roam and explore the house as they please. As the adult, it's my responsibility to provide safety at all times and pay close attention to their whereabouts at all times so they can enjoy their freedom. When one shows a dog nothing but love and affection, dogs learn to return that to humans and other animals. During my college years I worked for an animal hospital and
I encountered several aggressive dogs, but proud to say that within a few weeks with me, they became very tamed and lovable with humans and other animals. It's all about the love and affection you provide for them. I take a lot of pride in the difference I have made in dogs. They truly are my happiness!
