Hi! My name is Gretchen and I absolutely love animals. I have fostered animals for North Shore Animal League, Bidawee and Cavalier Rescue. Currently I volunteer for an organization called Dogs in Danger. I am happiest when I am with dogs, cats and my family. We are all avid animal lovers and all take an active role in fostering. Walking, playing, feeding and loving your dog/cat is my only focus when taking care of them. The last thing you need to worry about while you are away from your furry friend is if they are sad and lonely. If your pet stays in my home there is plenty of attention to be had but I can stay in your home is you prefer. I understand the importance of having a pet care taker you can rely on, as I once had no option but to put my dog in a kennel and she wound up trying to dig herself out and got a scar on her face. Since then I have always had someone stay in my home to watch my pets. You will find me outgoing, articulate, energetic, reliable and professional. I have administered medications and rehabilitated many dogs and cats during my time fostering. When I am watching your pet I am fully engaged and will treat him/her like they are my own. I look forward to helping you with your furry child.
