Welcome to Mike's Puppy Paradise! I own a beautiful and spacious home in Clermont Florida with a large fenced in backyard perfectly situated to be a home away from home for your four legged children. Growing up our pets were alway considered members of the family and as a young person during the summers I volunteered at the local Veterinary clinic which set in motion my love of pets and understanding of the skills needed to properly care for them. While I do not currently own a pet I have over the past twenty-five years enjoyed the company of many different breeds from Pugs to Labradors each with their own personality and temperament . My house is situated on a quiet non-through street with plenty of excellent walking opportunities in the neighborhood. In my home I prefer a casual living arrangement with pets allowing them to be at ease and sleep where they prefer. I do however respect each family's individual approach and needs and will do my best to match their lifestyles at home. Thank you for considering my home to be your pets nest vacation spot I look forward to being your pets next best friend!

I would have to say I am very surprised how well my dog's visit went. I am the owner of an adorable but VERY needy dog named Milkshake. My wife and I both work from home and our children are home schooled. Milkshake is a Maltese, which is a very dependent animal, prone to separation anxiety, so being home all the time just makes that much worse. We have felt trapped, since we brought Milkshake into our home 8 years ago. Milkshake stayed with Mike for 4 nights. I never would have believed that she could be calm and enjoy herself without her pack, but MAN! Awesome job Mike. You are truly a dog whisper! I could not recommend anyone any more highly! We have a new member of our family now. Thank you!
Ginger always thinks it's awesome to stay with Mike. And I appreciate how he indulges my obsessive instructions regarding feeding and exercise. He is always our first pick.
I have 3 dogs...a Chocolate Lab, a Weimaraner, and a Yorkie. And, I was looking for an alternative to a kennel for my family's week long vacation. Michael seemed to be a perfect fit since he didn't have any animals of his own and works primarily from home. Michael suggested a meet and greet at his home prior to our vacation. This was when I knew that I would be leaving the pups in good hands. Michael was wonderful. He sent me photos and updates throughout my vacation. And, I came home to very happy dogs. Thank you, Michael!
The DogVacay experience with Michael W was terrific! As a worried pet owner I felt that we left our golden in the hands of a real pet lover.
