**About me** I am a single guy in my early 30's, and I have not been able to have a dog of my own for years as I work a fair bit. I am looking for great dogs to spend weekends with, and to walk. I am of course happy to make the occasional week day dog sit work, as my job is not far from home, and my work is dog friendly, so no pup would be left lonely. I live alone in a 600sqft loft right in the middle of downtown Vancouver, and I make excuses to go for long walks even without a dog, but it would be a lot better if I had some canine company.

**About my neighborhood** I live at seymour and smithe, so it's only a few blocks to the seawall, and of course it is not far to the Yaletown dog park, everything is close when you live downtown.

**About my home/services** My loft is only 600sqft, but because it is a loft there are stairs, so it would not be great for a dog who is not overly mobile. I grew up with dogs all of my life, and I had a dog of my own for years before I moved to the city, when my dad adopted him. Zack was my dog, a German short-haired pointer, which became the family dog once I moved to the city and did not have a yard for him. Zack passed away 2 years ago at the age of 16.5 years old, after living a very long and happy life. (I think I'm going to surprise my dad by buying him a pup this year.)
