I am home all/most of the time, and love animals. I have a small dog door for full access to an enclosed deck. For larger dogs I can let out upon request either to the deck or in the yard area on a leash. Walks available if preferred as well as outdoor playtime (weather appropriate). I can also provide dog baths on site as well. Unless I have met your pet before, I request an advance meeting to ensure my space is comfortable for your pet and to learn any specific request or needs you may have for your pet so I can provide the best care possible. Keeping your pet on their preferred schedule ensures their stay here is as comfortable as being with you. Lessening any trauma of seperation anxiety even if it's only for a workday, can help them have a great day.
Daycare: my definition for doggy daycare is I will be here with your pet the full day (24/7 care) ensuring they have a great day.
Boarding/Kenneling: my definition for boarding is they will be sleeping overnight. Unlike daycare though, I may not be here the entire day/night. I may have to leave to run errands, such as grocery shopping, etc. I generally prefer overnight guests to have their own kennel to sleep in at night, and in case I have to run errands. It also helps them to have something familiar lessening anxiety in case of separation anxiety, or bad weather anxiety.
I hope these explanations give you an expectation of what to expect from my service. I want you and your pet to feel as comfortable as possible, and will provide photo/video updates daily. I look forward to meeting you and your fur family member(s).
