Hello! We are Candice and Marisa, roommates and best friends. We welcome all four-legged friends into our home but only one at a time. We are dog moms at heart but cannot commit to caring for one full-time at the moment, so Rover is perfect for us. If you choose us for your pet, he/she would get an abundance of affection and attention, walks in Central Park, and constant care and love. All I ask is that your pup is well potty-trained (pee pads okay) as to not ruin our apartment. Our late puppy used to take a pill orally twice a day, and so did a cat we fostered, so we have experience giving medication. Our apartment is next to Riverside Park, so plenty of grass to run around. We are in an elevator building. Work is right down the block, and we can come home on a lunch break for potty breaks. A typical workweek is Thursday-Monday with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off with shifts usually 5AM-2PM. Your pup would be taken out in the AM, on my lunch break, and of course when I get home. Then we would have the whole evening together for walks and play time. We take extra caution with everyone’s pets. As former dog owners, we understand your dog is your family, your child, your best friend. We will do whatever we need to ensure you can have peace of mind while away from your pet.
