About Lynne

4 Years Experience Caring For Dogs
Hi! I recently moved back to Denver from Pittsburgh where my husband is finishing his last year of school. He kept our pup (Philly, lab/cattle dog mix) and I'm missing having a furry roommate in my life! We adopted Philly 4 years ago as an anxious, timid dog so I am very familiar with shy/timid dogs and giving them the time/space they need to feel comfortable in a new setting.

Our house is a duplex with a medium-sized backyard that is fully fenced in; your pup will have lots of supervised playtime in the mornings and evenings. I will also provide 2+ daily walks to be sure your pet has exercise during their stay.

I live with a senior dachshund, Schnapps, who is very easy-going and happy to play with other dogs. However, if your dog needs it's own space,

Looking forward to meeting you and your pup!

Lynne is great with pets -- very calm, patient + caring. She has cat-sat for me a few times + I've watched her interact + nurture her own dog over the years. I have trusted her to care for my very neurotic cat, checking in on him in my own home while we were gone. She spent time coaxing him out of his hiding spots + always checked in with me post-visit to make sure I was up to date with the details.

She has also spent a lot of time helping her own adopted shelter dog, Philly, blossom into a fun loving pup. When I first met Philly she was a very timid dog who has to be coaxed out on trail runs or hikes. With a lot of patience + care Lynne has helped Philly become a dog who gets crazy excited as you near a park. It's been great watching Philly become a "real dog" + I know it's because of the time + love Lynne had to offer!

Lynne is very responsible and very animal friendly. She has watched my dog over many weekends, feeding and playing with him. She took great care of Chewy and Chew loves her! You will not be disappointed!

As an excellent pet parent herself, Lynne is the perfect person to entrust with your fur-babies! We have a somewhat difficult pup (high anxiety, prone to accidents) and not only was she extremely patient with his tiresome quirks, but she made him feel safe while we were away. She provided us with updates, both good and bad, and is very comfortable playing the disciplinarian when needed. The only worry I had while she watched our two pups for a week was whether they would hog the bed! I would highly recommend Lynne to anyone in need of a pet sitter!

Lynne is fantastic with dogs, large or small. She is great with my mini Dachshund, Schnapps, and he is quite taken with her. Belly rubs, cuddles and selfies of Lynne and Schnapps are a regular occurrence when they're together.
