I have been caring for pets in Greensboro and surrounding areas for over five years. As a pet care specialist, my main focus is the health, happiness, and well-being of your pet(s). The services I provide include; Dog Walking, Visits, Day Care, Boarding, Overnight Stays, and Pet Taxi. I found my passion for animals at a very young age, having grown up on three acres caring for up to 15 pets at a time. Caring for animals came naturally to me, and in middle school I began walking dogs for friends and neighbors.
In high school I raised squirrels, and participated in small animal care training through the NC Triangle Wildlife Rehabilitation Clinic. Attaining my Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from UNCG gave me the resources and opportunities to expand my skills and knowledge of the animal-human relationship. Currently, I am Pet Partners Therapy Animal Handler Certified, as well as Leader and Side-walker trained through HorsePower, Therapeutic Learning Center.
Working as a kennel attendant for a year and a half, gave me practical experience in animal behavior, group play, and administering medication. Since leaving the boarding kennel to pursue pet sitting full-time, it has allowed me to dedicate my attention to each individual pet. Providing one-on-one care allows me to focus exclusively on your pet. My time is now spent giving pet parents the comfort of knowing their beloved animals are in devoted, safe, and reliable hands.
