I am a 33 year-old entrepreneur just moved back to my hometown of LA after 4 years in NYC. Over the past year as I've become well read on mindfulness, studied zen meditation, and grown much more sympathetic and caring than ever before in my life for all animals, I've had thoughts of getting a dog; but, I never grew up with a dog and don't want to make the full commitment until I spend more time around dogs. The most continuous time I've spent with a dog is when living with my roommate's black labrador for 6 months in NYC.
I am a very responsible person - I was COO of a 75 person company, I needed to be very organized and responsible to ensure the success of the company and well-being of all the employees. I have lots of systems so I don't forget to do anything
I am a very fun person - I've backpacked around the world for 6 months, I went to Burning Man the past 3 years, play guitar (I can play guitar for your dog), and generally love exploration and adventure.
I've got about 900sf of indoor space and 900sf of outdoor space that's all fenced-in and locked, so plenty of fun space to run around. I live in a standalone house 200 feet from the beach in Venice. I'm also not all too far from the Westminster Off-Leash Park where I always walk by and see dozens of dog running all over the place. Would love to take your dog there.
I work from home and have a flexible schedule. Though I'm sometimes scheduled with back-to-back calls, I can make the time necessary for your dog (walks, letting out to play/pee/poo). I also love going on hikes with my friend who has a really well-behaved chihuahua.
