My history is that I have dog sat on and off for friends for up to 5 years. Up until a year ago I worked at a doggy daycare for 2 years straight. I feed dogs, dealt with food aggression, witnessed and took care of dog fights, also put dogs to bed, administration of medication. My theory is that if you have good positive energy, a dog will want to be around you. To ensure I am clear of negative energy (so that dogs can approach me) I've always had a Reiki treatment done on myself. In the future my goal is to take animal first aid and to also take animal reiki to be able to assist dogs who have issues with trauma or anxiety. During my time from working at a doggy daycare I have picked up on learning some dog commands, but there is still more I want to learn. I also have a criminal record check that was recently done in order to obtain my early childhood assistant certificate through McBribe Career Group which I graduated from in September of 2016.
