**About me** I am a marketing professional working in the luxury hospitality industry. I have owned my loving dog, Nixon, for ten years and have been his primary caretaker during that time. He and I love each other's company and spend our weekends and evenings together, either in my bright and clean condo unit, or visiting the parks in Leslieville, Corktown, and Cherry Beach. I have lived with dogs my entire life, including 3 family dogs growing up, and am comfortable with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Each dog has a unique personality and needs, and I look forward to learning more about your cuddly canine! **About my home/services** We are happy to share our peaceful home and invite others to join our doggy walks and play time. My Condo is newly built, bright, clean, and offers a comfortable and safe space for dogs of all ages and sizes. There are no stairs which is a benefit to older dogs who may have hip problems. There is a dog park immediately behind my building, with private back access to the grounds. There is also a fenced in off-leash dog park one block away, offering an opportunity for safe ball-throwing and dog socializing with others in the community. When dog-sitting, I am with the dogs almost entirely, save for perhaps a quick trip to the store if needed. **About my neighborhood** I reside in Riverdale, right on the Don Valley Trails - a perfect spot for long walks along the water, and a 10 minute walk from the fantastic Broadview park overlooking the city. Just to my east are a number of incredible dog parks in Leslieville (both fenced in off-leash, and community parks), as well as a 20 minute walk to Cherry Beach in the summer. A variety of fantastic options for your dog's preferences! **What to expect** I typically take Nixon on two long walks each day (one in the morning; one in the evening) as well as little breaks in the afternoon and before bed. We typically visit the park behind my building for breaks, and will walk to one of the fenced in off-leash dog parks or community parks for ball-throwing and doggy socializing. The longer walks typically last 45-60 minutes, depending on Nixon's energy levels that day.
