My name is Lauren McStay. I am a Biology graduate from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an Animal Behavior College certified dog obedience instructor. I have always loved animals, and I enjoy helping them to stay happy and healthy. I am experienced in caring for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, small animals, and fish. I have worked with dogs from a variety of ages, breeds, and temperaments. In addition, I am animal first-aid certified, and I also have experience administering medication to animals.
For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by animals and I have always strived to be able to work with them someday. I have completed an internship at the National Aviary, a three-part externship at Ringer's Pet Dog Training, an internship at the Beaver Animal Clinic, and I have also worked at a dog day-care and boarding facility. At home, I have a Goldendoodle named Daisy, two cats named Loki and Mr. Pete, and a chinchilla named Alice.
The services that I offer include walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays (in my home or yours!), and in-home dog training.
