Pet care experience
I have a strong passion and love for animals of all kinds, and had a 13 year old German shepherd that passed away recently. Learning from a young age how to take care and love animals, fostered the responsible, loving and compassionate animal lover that I am. I live in a large, one bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood. With 900+ square feet, your dog can play freely among the place or cured up on the couch. I take my pooch on 3 daily walks (and hikes as often as I’m able to) and he is fed twice a day. He has a large bin of toys and bones he never gets into, and is more than happy to share 🤗 My job is a work from home position, allowing me to provide constant supervision. If things arise with your pup, most work tasks I am able to out on hold. I treat and care for all animals the way I would treat my own. With the same love and respect I would hope anyone would do for my own pup.

My dog was ATTACKED. Lauren did not follow my care instructions for my dog - the care profile specifically stated when passing other dogs to keep the leash short; this did not happen - as another dog lunged at my dog which caused two puncture wounds (one to the outside of her eye, and another on the side of her face) & a cut on her ear. The wounds became infected overnight, requiring an emergency vet visit. In communicating with Lauren, she has been incredibly dismissive and does not want to take responsibility for her negligence in following instructions. Lauren was further negligent as she did not get any information or description of the attacking dog’s owner, she did not report the attack to the authorities (legally required in Denver), nor to Rover.
Lauren was great with Callie! She spent lots of good quality time with her & was very flexible with pickup/drop off times. Will book again!
Lauren was great with my dog, and her dog Rolph is awesome! She even got him a christmas present since his stay was over the holiday.
