I'm a 24-year-old sociocultural anthropology student at Arizona State University, and I have lived with dogs my entire life. I've never had less than two dogs in my home, and for some time was living with five. I have years of experience both in caring for my own dogs and multiple weeks of ongoing pet-sitting and house-sitting at different times of multiple years for family friends while they're away on vacation.
I have four years of experience volunteering at the Phoenix Zoo, handling reptiles and invertebrates, in addition to weeks of at-home pet-sitting for a past professor's leopard geckos.
In terms of pets who require medication, I recently lost a dog of mine who I've had for over ten years. Aside from caring for her post-surgery from a toe amputation, in her last year of life she developed diabetes, which required daily medication and eventually daily injections.
I've also administered daily allergy pills for dogs I've house-sat.
I'd love to meet your pets and promise quality care!
