I own two boxers, one is a female 12 yrs and a male which is 3 yrs. My oldest has arthritis in her hip so I closely monitor her activity level around other dogs. I have always had a heart for dogs.

Tammy was great! She was extremely patient with our dog who had a rough time at her house. Even though our pup had accidents and such, she was patient and kind with him. He came home very tired so I'm sure he had a good time!

My husband has his own business which has allowed me to be at home during the day and my children are older and don't require that much of my time which frees me up to care and play with dogs.. My dogs have free roam of the house when I'm out but I do have a crate to keep a guest separated during those times.

Availability
My home is a ranch on a basement but stairs can be easily avoided. I live in a small subdivision of 6 homes and everyone has a minimum of 5 acres. All homeowners have at least one dog. So we are a very dog-friendly community. Lots of area to run and play too.
