Zeight was great from initial communication to pick up! She responds quickly and was also available during the holiday season (especially on Christmas) on short notice, so we definitely got lucky! She was very accommodating when we requested a meet and greet since our dog is on the more timid side. We ultimately chose to have Zeight watch Coco because you could tell that she takes great care of her own dog (who's almost identical to our Maltipoo), so we trusted that she would treat Coco with utmost care as well. Her place is also at a great location in Ktown (not too busy, very safe) and her apartment also has a separate area just for dogs! During our 5-day vacation, Zeight sent us photo and video updates, which helped an overbearing dog mom such as myself. Upon drop off, Coco was very anxious, but from the photos, it looks like she warmed up quickly! Our flight back home was late at night on a Friday and it was slightly delayed, but Zeight was very understanding and flexible when we were finally able to pick up our dog. Overall, I definitely recommend Zeight for anyone who needs dog boarding!
