Welcome to Koko's Dog House! We'd love to shower your dog with love and affection as if he or she were ours while you are away.
We have a very dog friendly home where the dogs have the run of the down stairs. There is a large picture window with a shelf that's perfect for sunbathing, napping, and keeping an eye on what's happening in the neighborhood. We also have a large fenced in yard with lots of toys to play with and stay active. When it's time to settle down, there are several dog beds to choose from, a comfy couch, and recliners with loving laps to cuddle close. They can also opt to crash anywhere on our laminate floor for a cool spot, or use a crate if your pet prefers their own space.
Our dog, Kokomo, is a 90 lb gentle giant. She's an Great Pyrenees mix who loves EVERYONE!! Koko welcomes new guest pups and helps them settle in to our pack routines. Luna is our hound misx who is always ready to play and loves to get everyone running around her imaginary race track in our back yard.
I am home all day and can provide care for dogs of all ages, give medications, and maintain special diets. During their stay, your dog will be insured through DogVacay's premium insurance and we live about 5 minutes from a participating VCA Animal Hospital with 24 hour emergency vet services.
My husband and I are licensed dog fosters. We bring them to our home and treat them like family until they are adopted. When we accept a guest booking, we take great care to make sure all pack members' temperaments blend so everyone has a comfortable stay. We are only able to accept reservations for dogs who are spayed or neutered and up to date on their vaccines. (Proof of rabies vaccination is required at time of drop off. ) We also recommend your pet be current on flea/tick and heart worm treatments.
With your pet here at Koko's Dog House, you can relax and know your dog is in a loving home. We can send updates and pics of your pet so you'll know your dog is safe and happy.
We look forward to meeting you and your pooch!
