**Two spots left for Spring Break!!**
As a retired special-ed teacher of 42 years, I've found myself with a lot of time on my hands. I have loved dogs all my life and have been pet sitting for friends and family for 40+ years. I've got a very large fenced in back yard, it's about a 1/3 acre. The fence is split rail with wire mesh. There's plenty of space indoors for rainy days. We have laminate flooring, and allow pets on all of our furniture.
The family includes two standard size poodles, Peaches and Hopalong Cassidy. Peaches, who's 7 years old, is very sweet and playful. Hoppy, 12, is a huge softy, but sometimes forgets his size around the smaller dogs. We also have a puppy Montgomery Scott or Scotty for short. He is a 1 year old Westie who LOVE, LOVE, LOVES to play.
No extra charges for holidays or amenities such as snacks, cuddles, playtime, or bedtime tuck-ins. I give out small Milk Bone treats, and rawhide sticks at no cost to you. If you want your dog to have a different treat, bring it along!
I am accommodating of your dog's special needs, and I only crate at your request. If your pup is not potty trained, or has accidents when nervous, please let us know.
** Please drop off and pick up your dog around noon or we will charge for a daycare rate (please let me know if you must have different times.)**
I am located off of I-69 and E 96th Street, right behind the Meijer store. We've got a safe and connected neighborhood. There are sometimes escape artists who can get out of their yards. And we have a facebook page that update if they find animals in the area and are often found in less than an hour!
**I must ask that you disclose all aggressive behaviors in your posts as we have had an incident with an aggressive pooch who stayed with me and bit our Peaches without provocation.
