We chose Rebecca off of her profile and great reviews. This was our first time leaving our dog and was hoping for the same great experience. Unfortunately we had the complete opposite. When we arrived, Rebecca met us outside and quickly had us put Breck into her backyard and pushed us to leave without having time to say goodbye or go over instructions for the weekend. We were not able to go inside her house and see where Breck would be staying. When we dropped Breck off, he had his pinch collar on that we use only when we are walking him. His everyday collar was in the bag we brought with him but she never changed his collar or asked if she should change it. I packed 7 extra cups of food for Breck and all but a small amount was gone when we picked him up. I gave specific instructions for feeding but don’t feel like those were followed. When I communicated with Rebecca to check in with her, she didn’t answer the questions I asked and would just say he is fine. From the communication I received, Breck was in his crate the majority of the time unless he was outside. When I asked if he was in his crate all day, she responded, “He is fine, he can see everyone around.” We got him a brand new bed for his stay and that had pee all over it and he has not peed in his crate since he was a little puppy. I understand accidents happen especially in a new place but I don’t feel like that is what happened. He smelled absolutely awful and was filthy when we picked him up. I wish we had a better experience than we did.

Rebbecca was awesome and didn’t mind me dropping off my fur baby a little earlier then expected. My Sadie had so much fun with her dogs. They were so active during the time she was there, that when I picked my over active Sadie up … she was exhausted. I’m a good way. I will definitely rebook !!!
