Doggy Day Care in Arvada

About: I am an experienced dog-owner and animal lover, and have had dogs of my own for the last 15 years. I have a 70 pound Shar Pei-Pitt mix named Teddy who LOVES LOVES LOVES other dogs and would love to have a playmate around! We also live with my boyfriend and his 8 pound Chihuahua, Stewart, who mostly just ignores other dogs :). We live in NW Denver near two lakes and a big dog park, so we are quite active and get the pups out a lot. We also have a 6 foot fence around our backyard. My last dog, Miles, was a Great Dane who made it to 13 years old!! Caring for him towards the end of his life gave me experience with senior dogs and dogs with special needs. Whatever your dog needs, I can handle it! We both work from home most days (with occasional meetings at the office), so it is very rare that we are both gone at the same time. We are able to let dogs out with a lot of frequency, if needed. We have a fenced-in backyard, plenty of space for crates, and lots of experience to keep your dog safe. Dogs are allowed on the furniture and we're big cuddlers! Both of our dogs are relatively low-key, so we provide a quiet and calm environment.

About: I’ve been a dog lover since I was a little kid! I convinced my parents over the years to let us rescue 4 dogs and a very old cat! Once I graduated college I rescued Benny, my 90lb mut and he’s best defined as a potato. We (Benny and I) and my fiancé Jake moved to Denver a few months ago and now that we’re settled into our home we’ve decided to take on Rover! We work from home during the week, so if you want your dog to sleep in the bed, perfect we just bought a king! Want your dog to go on long walks, great we live next to a trail! Want your dog to live in luxury while you’re away, we will do anything to make them comfortable while you’re gone! Jake and I (and Benny) work from home and have a fenced in back yard. I start my mornings with coffee outside and usually finish the day eating dinner on our patio. As many hours outdoors as possible! We have plenty of time for walks, fetch and indoor playtime if it’s too cold or too hot! We live a short walk from Crown Hill park and a shaded bike trail which we walk a lot of nights with Benny. Dogs are absolutely welcome on the sofas and we have plenty of toys for them to shred and play tug with! Benny would love to meet your fur baby and Jake and I would love to watch them while you’re out of town! We’ve used Rover as dog owners for years both in Atlanta and here in Denver so we know what it feels like to trust your dog sitter when you’re leaving town. I’d be more than happy for you to come to our house, check out our yard and meet Benny so you feel comfortable dropping off your pup with us!

He also has a great fenced back yard for plenty of exercise which Bowie an Australian Shepard needs. You can't go wrong with Gregg and your pet will love you for it !!”
