About: Notice: I require proof of a current rabies vaccine prior to booking. Your fur baby will receive the same love and care as my own. I've always had dogs and cats in my life and I have experience with all kinds of breeds, including pit bulls, retrievers, and terriers. I can accommodate most dogs, but I cannot board dogs who have a high prey drive. I require a Meet & Greet before your first booking. I live in a typical Detroit-area brick ranch with a fenced backyard (privacy fence against a chain link). I never leave dogs outside when I'm away from home and although the yard is fenced, I supervise and play with my guest dogs when they're outside. Please send me a request if you are interested in booking. I'd love to set up a "meet & greet"! Thanks for considering the Howliday Inn! Why I love dog sitting I've been a dog lover my whole life. I've owned a Springer spaniel, two Labrador retrievers, and an American bulldog. I have experience with many breeds and can handle just about any dog. I've hosted everything from teeny little 7-pound terriers to a 150 pound Newfoundland. I no longer have a dog of my own, so dog sitting lets me be a dog mom a few days at a time. About my yard I have a typical suburban Detroit backyard - fenced on all sides with a gated driveway. I have a large deck on the back of the house and a small/medium grassy area. Although my yard is fenced, I never leave my guest dogs unattended while they're outside. My experience in administering medication I have only administered oral medication. My main job is pet sitting and walking, so your baby will receive lots of love and attention from me. Please see my schedule for availability. I ask pet parents about routines and feeding schedules. In my home, I use a baby gate to keep dogs from escaping out of open doors. My back yard is fenced and I supervise dogs when they go outside. I have a large crate for dogs who need to be crated when left alone or for dogs who are comforted by being crated. I only use a crate for dogs who use them at home. When I’m house sitting, I take a similar approach, but I also double-check the home is secure when I leave.
4. Ely S.
“I feel so bad- my dog puked from anxiety being in a new place. But Ely took care of it and it seems like by the end of the day, my Bellamy was very much at home. Ely seems like a great care giver and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer! Bonus that his dog and mine get along!”
5. Danielle L.
“Danielle has exceptional experience handling pets. She has worked in the veterinary field Was apart of MPEP Volunteered and fostered animals She knows the ins and outs of their behaviors, needs and is professional and reliable in caring for your animals.”
6. Kalee Y.
“Kalee and her family did a great job on short notice for a two-day daycare booking. It was Remi's first time with them but we were able to have a meet and greet the week before and that went very well. They liked him and I'm pretty sure he felt the same way. Makes me feel quite comfortable for our original booking which is two weeks away. Glad to have someone close by who can look after Remi when we just don't want to leave him for an overly long day home alone; he doesn't like that very much. Thanks, Kalee!”

10. Dena E.
“Dena has watched my dog, Milo, many times and has done an excellent job each time. Milo, who normally isn't a fan of many people, loves going to stay with Dena and her family. She has a large fenced in yard for dogs to run in and takes walks with them each day. Milo receives all the attention and affection his heart could desire while he stays there. Dena truly does a wonderful job of caring for the creatures in her charge.”
