About Joe

15 Years Experience Caring For Dogs
Hi,
I'm Joe and I've been caring for dogs and farm animals all my life. My wife and I have a 3 acre farm at the edge of Goodyear and Buckeye and we board dogs in addition to our farm.

Our home and yard can accommodate dogs of all sizes. We have an X-Large yard and we love X-Large dogs. Our families favorite breed is German Shepherds and we own 3, 2 females and a male.

The fence is very secure (cinderblock and wood panels).

The house is mostly tile so we can easily clean up any potty accidents. We block off the one carpeted room with a baby gate but other then that the dogs have free range of the house and the yard.

The 3 acre yard has multiple fenced areas in case some dogs are not dog social and prefer alone time.

We do not crate of kennel dogs but if yours is used to sleeping in its cage, we suggest you bring it so it will be most comfortable. We find out from each family what their dog routine is at home so we can do our best to mimic the same routine so they are comfortable.

If your dog has any special needs, please let us know so we can figure out how best to accommodate them.

Lastly, we also have farm animals and they are in a secure area with 6 foot chain link fencing. Your dogs will not have access into that area but many of our dog guests enjoy watching the chickens and cows through the fence.

I have known Joe professionally and personally for years. He is very passionate about all animals and that is what led him into buying a 3 acre ranch house years ago. He cares for dogs and farm animals. He is very thorough in making sure each animal gets the care they need. He throws balls for the dogs when they are outside and he lets the dogs cuddle with him when they are inside (but don't tell him I told you!). It is funny how he gets all the dogs to line up as he spaces out and sets down the food bowels during feeding time. It is a funny sight to see.
