I love dogs and I love being around them! I currently don't have a dog so sitting with Rover is the next best thing! I have been looking after and playing with dogs since I was old enough to know how to get their attention. I was brought up with pets in my home and have raised dogs from puppy to adult. I worked at a kennel where I was lucky enough to take care of dogs all day. My work there included feeding, walking, washing, administering medication and most importantly playing with up to 10 dogs a day. I have dealt with dogs with varying issues including fears/phobias, distrust of new people and allergies. Your dog has free roam of my home and, if you allow them up on furniture, has it's own doggy couch in my living room.

My apartment block has a gate in the front and back so even if your dog bolts out of the door it has no chance of escaping. I will try to feed and walk your dog/s as close to their usual routine as possible.

I have no breed preferences but before I sit your dog I would like to know the following things so that I can give your dog the best experience as I can. What are your dog's walk and feeding times and routine? Is your dog neutered/spayed and potty trained? Is your dog OK with being around other dogs? Do you allow him/her on the couch or bed? (I don't want to allow them if you forbid it while they are at home) Does your dog have special needs such as injuries, allergies, or fears/phobias?
A typical day
My wife Heidi and I moved to San Diego from England in late 2015 and we love walking around our neighborhood and would love for your dog to join us! We both work from home so your dog can expect as much attention and play time as it wants from us. We live in an apartment block that has a shared gated area so your dog has no chance of escaping. I will walk your dog no matter the weather, so even if it's raining, your dog will still get his/her walk (as long as the dog still wants to go!)
