“Communication was good. Took the time to acclimate my dog with their pack. Asked for special instructions. Read the profile of my dog and asked me questions about it. The home and backyard was neat and great for multiple dogs to interact. I think they did a great job sitting my pup.”

So much better to have someone around all the time than being in a kennel, alone overnight. We met before the scheduled reservation to be sure our dog would get along with his, talked about her feeding, commands, treats, etc. so when drop off time came, there were no surprises. I am making my next reservation now!”

“Selena and her sister Samantha were amazing caregivers for my sons dog. We were out of town, staying at a hotel. My dog was doing well there, apparently not meant for hotel life, who knew lol. So we got on Rover, Selena answered right away and allowed me to bring him by. I was bit a nervous to leave him, so after I left, I sent a message and got pictures right away. Throughout the evening into the night they were responsive. Next morning as well before pick up. 10/10 I recommend”

Our dog was allowed playtime all throughout the day both indoors and out and was even given some extra goodies in her food as she was being picky due to nerves.
