I care about each dog that I'm given responsibility to. Before I leave, I make sure the dogs are hydrated and comfortable. For example, after a walk, the dogs were thirsty but I didn't see a bowl of water prepared for them so I texted the owners if I can fill a bowl of water for them. The owners were very impressed and for that reason, I was booked repeatedly to take care of their dogs. The dogs' comfort is the most important. If the dog enjoy walking on the left, then the left it will be. If the dog have a near injury, I'll carry it for the stairs. If the dog prefer walking fast, we'll walk fast. Once the dog is given to my care, it is treated as if I'm the owner.
