Well I don't own any dogs of my own but I do love dogs. I've watched my sisters dog in the past for about a year when she would go to work and when I would watch him I would make sure he goes to bathroom first then go back inside the house, let him roam around and I'd set up his food and water for him and I would just sit on the couch and watch tv and he would sit right on the couch with me and relax. Then I'd take him for walks around my neighborhood and let him go to the bathroom again if he needed to. To begin with the house... I live in an apartment building with my mom and brother. But my apartment building isn't like those regular apartment building that have a lot of stairs to climb,, the way it's set up is that there are porches with not even 5 stairs to go up, it's a short porch and on each side there's an apartment on each side. So say if the pet owner had to bring the dog to my house, I would just be waiting outside on my porch for the dog and dog owner to arrive. The house is very spacious so tons of room for the dog to play around but we won't be in the house for the whole day. During the afternoon I'll take the dog on walks either around my neighborhood or to the park or the beach etc. let the dog go to the bathroom of course. And of course feed the dog & give the dog water before going out and coming back to the house. If the dog owner would like, I could give the dog the bath and after the bath play with the dog if the owner brings any toys for their dog.
