My pooch, Hershey, is a sweet, and very well-behaved cocker spaniel mix. She's 9 years old, friendly with all small- to medium-sized dogs. She could use a friend to play with during the day, or even overnight. We have plenty of toys, lots of space, multiple beds to rest in. A little bit about my home - I live in a pet-friendly community with lots of green spaces and a fenced-off dog park. My apartment is quiet, has A/C and heat all year round, and lots of space for resting or activities. There's a patio that overlooks the greens, where Hershey loves to rest and people-/dog-watch, hopefully your pooch too. I also cook and bake for my pooch. What you can expect - Based on your pooch's needs, I will bring him/her out for any number of walks/playtime/bathroom breaks. Your pooch has the choice of roaming free in the living-room/kitchen/dining area, which is about 600sqft, resting on the patio, or go out and play on leash or in the dog park. Simple dietary needs can be satisfied as requested or you can bring your own food. Overnight guests can stay in pet-bed, on couch, or in crate. I will accommodate any reasonable sleeping, eating, and activity requests for your pooch. Bath is gladly provided after the second service so I can take some time to get to know your pooch first. I have a medical background, so you can be assured with proper medicine administration, senior care, and post-surgical care. For the safety and well-being of your sweetie and mine, I require a face-to-face visit with you and your pooch prior to boarding. I also will come to your home first for a look before agreeing to home visits. Please also present with an up-to-date vaccination record prior to first service. For those who need help with their cats or fish, I have owned one each before, and can come to your home for feeding, cleaning, and play, after taking a quick inspection of your place. Due to the limitation of space and experience, I apologize for not being able to accommodate pets that are not house-broken, with aggressive behaviors, and not able to use a diaper if incontinent. For overnight guests, my family and neighbors request no pets with barking or scratching tendencies.
