We are situated on 20 acres surrounded by wildlife lands perfect for walks and playing.
We consider our animals part of our family and we'll treat yours with the same love and attention as our own.
That means they are welcome to follow us around the house and yard as we go about our day.
Our Boris sleeps at our bedside.
We can accommodate another dog bed at the foot of ours or we have a few other options, kids rooms, our mudroom or enclosed sleeping porch. Whatever your doggie is accustom to we will try our best to make it feel seamless.
Our mornings usually consist of breakfast (dogs eat in the mudroom)and then a short walk outside to take care of business and check on the rest of the animals around the house.
From there, it is a little free form, since there is so much going on around our home with kids, animals and neighbors our dogs are always entertained. They join us for a quick ride into town to pick up supplies or a day of adventure... hikes, bike rides or a good run. We are an active family so your sweet doggie will get their daily exercise ( with consideration to what they need). If it's hot outside, we have a dipping tub set up for them to cool off when they desire it. We also make frequent trips down to the river or lakes for a cool off and swim.
In the photos the blonde golden and Irish setter mix is named Bella. She enjoyed 18 years with us. She taught our 8 year old (the darker colored golden and Irish setter mix) the ropes and now he leads our furry pack.
Our neighbor's dog is the Husky in the snowy photos and the Cavalier King Charles are our families dogs on a month long visit to the country while their people traveled Europe.
As you can see even the chickens are dressed well and enjoy comfortable quarters.
We are happy to answer any questions you may have so feel free to connect and find out more.
