A tired dog is a happy dog. Physical exercise decrease destructive behaviors, but giving both physical and mental exercise promotes well-being and happiness. Giving sensory experiences to our canine friends by hiking in the wildlife of Rhode Island is an easy holistic approach to exercising your dog. I am an avid hiker who loves nothing more than sharing my experiences with humans and canines alike, but since I work two days a week with shifts as long as 18 hours, I cannot at the moment give the 24/7 care that dogs deserve and crave. With this in mind, I extend all of my available days to others who are in need of dog walking. I provide vegan treats (gluten free at request) for leash training, good manners, and positive meetings with other leashed canines and wildlife if needed. I will also take photos along the way so that you can see just how much fun they had!
I am a nurse and have training in providing medications and first aid. Your pup will be safe with me.
Frequently visited locations include Acadia, Wolf Hill, and Blackstone, but I'm constantly looking for new trails to explore.
