When I dropped her off she was only pad trained ... really good at keeping me updated and sending me pictures of my pup . Vanilla is a senior dog that requires daily medication and all her needs were met to perfection, she was fed and walked and medication given as requested. We could tell she was comfortable and being cared for very well by all the videos and feedback we got consistently from Jann. This is the first time we leave Vanilla in a different place and we can safely say Jann has become a new member of Vanilla’s family. Would definitely recommend for long boarding needs.”
