Hi! My name is Catherine, and I live in the Riverdale section of the Bronx. I grew up on a farm in Canada, and have had dogs on and off all of my life. I have been taking care of dogs for friends and relatives quite frequently (including boarding, or just walking), when they're away on business or on vacation. I enjoyed doing it so much, that I decided to do it full time, and absolutely love it! We have a nice sized backyard that is fenced in, with a gate that locks. There's plenty of room to run around and play fetch! We also live near a park and walking trails, and a doggy run, so there are a lot of safe and pretty places for walks and runs. We are NOT a kennel and so we do NOT use crates, so please drop off your pet's bed (if they use one), and favorite toys! We strive to help your babies be comfortable and happy while they are with us. We also follow your instructions thoroughly, so that their routine is not too disrupted. We also text you at least once a day, just to keep you posted on your doggy's stay with us. We are not far from the Deegan Expressway, so we are on your way, if you are heading upstate! We're also near route 9 BOOK AHEAD FOR THE HOLIDAYS, especially if your doggy does better without other dogs around. We are a smoke free home! We do have a very friendly 2 year old female greyhound/black lab mix who is friendly with people and dogs, especially once she gets to know them :)
