I absolutely love dogs! I took care of my Yellow Lab for over 15 years and loved every minute of it. She passed away recently and I miss having a dog around. I am excellent at taking care of elderly dogs. I know how to administer various medications, how much activity they need, and how to give the best belly rubs and ear scratches. I also volunteer at the local animal shelter so I am well-versed in taking care of various kinds of dogs.

It was so nice to know that our pup was treated like family while we were away. We've boarded her at a traditional kennel in the past and it was always a stressful situation for us and for her. Stephanie was very willing to work with our dog's little quirks and seemed to take very good care of her. We loved getting pictures and seeing how relaxed she was in a new environment. We will definitely book again!
Stephanie was extremely welcoming and flexible with pickup (I was late) and drop off (I was early). Junebug was happy to see me when I picked him up but I could tell that he really enjoyed his stay as he couldn't stop running from me to his favorite chair in Stephanie's apartment. She sent some really great pictures too. I'll definitely book again!
Our dog is not accustomed to being any place other than our home. He did really well with Stephanie who is clearly a person who relates very well to dogs.
We boarded our 13 year old standard poodle for a weekend in December with Stephanie and it went great! Right from the start the tail was wagging. Her home was warm, secure and conveniently located. We will definately have Stephanie watch our dog again and we recommend her services to other dog owners.

Availability
I live on the 2nd floor of a pretty quiet apartment building. I work a typical 9-5 job during the week, but I work locally so I can come home during the day to check in/take out any dog in my care. On weekends I will be home all day unless I'm taking your pup on an adventure!
