This extra stay really helped a lot. I felt very relaxed, knowing my dog was in good hands. Sandra
Thank you to Nancy for taking care of our two boys! The back yard is huge and safe with shade and lots of shrubs and trees...endless places to sniff.
Our dogs get a little stressed when away from home and Nancy accommodated the feeding regimen which helped keep them on track.
When we picked them up they were excited to see us, we're clean and sweet smelling, and slept the rest of the day.

When I returned after leaving my dog, Stephie, with Nancy for 5 days she was clearly a happy camper. Although Stephie greeted me with enthusiasm she also kept returning to Nancy as if to say, "I've bonded with you too." I was a little apprehensive at first because Nancy has received one negative review and she is somewhat reserved when you first meet her. Stephie has assured me that my reservations were without merit. I'm delighted to have found her a safe and welcoming home-away-from-home.

Freddie had a wonderful time. He's very spoiled at home, we had no worries about leaving him with Nancy, she has everything in her home set up to accommodate animals of all sizes. He had a dog friend to play with and all of his toys. Got to play ball and he was a happy dog when we picked him up.

Nancy took very good care of Murphy, he came home happy and content. He appreciated all the walks. I will defiantly use her again.
We gave Nancy 3 stars because our dog, Lana, came home to us happy and healthy. We took her there twice and Lana seemed excited to go back the second time.

The reason we didn't give her 5 stars was because Lana somehow escaped from Nancy's yard/house twice.

The 1st time, we only suspected that Lana had escaped because when we picked her up, another dog owner, while saying goodbye to Lana, referred to her as an "escape artist." Nancy never mentioned anything about it, so we figured it was just a weird figure of speech.

The 2nd time, we knew that Lana had escaped when we got a call from someone who had found a dog with my phone number on the name-tag. I called Nancy a few times, and once I got her on the phone, she had no idea that Lana had escaped. I gave her the number of the guy who had found Lana and told her to give him a call. She did not call us back, so after a while, I called the guy who found Lana to make sure Nancy had came to pick her up. She of course did, but a simple callback to let us know would have been nice.

When we picked up Lana the next day, Nancy apologized, but said she had no idea how Lana got out. Due to this, I don't see how we can leave Lana with Nancy again, since Lana might escape again.

It was a good environment that Lana seemed to enjoy, and Nancy is just starting out so it is understandable that she might make a mistake, but she needs to figure out how our dog escaped and fix it before we will be back.

Nancy and her tenant, Naomi, took great care of our 4 month of chocolate lab. She kept us informed and answered our questions whenever we asked how she was during her vacay. Would definitely be a repeat customer!
