2 star. Wish i was writing a better review.
Pros
Antionette did very well when responding to messages. She was transparent in telling me that she would not be able to meet me in the morning when I would drop off my dog. She did provide the phone number of her helper who was going to meet me there.Throughout my dog's trip, she would update me with photos which was nice.It was also nice that when I texted her to tell her I might be a little late to getting there on time that she was flexible with it. (I did end up getting there on my promised pick up time).
Cons
My dog seemed very stressed at pick up. I provided a new bag of food (a 3-4 pound bag) and apparently they fed the whole thing to my dog although I specifically said to the helper and in my dog vacay papers that my dog should only be fed twice a day of the handful of the kibble. (One of her children even said that he remembered me saying only twice a day with a handful. I also ended up seeing some of my food in other dog bowls. My observations lead me to assume they used my food to feed the other dogs there). Consequently, my dog has diarreha which I have no idea how long she has had it. My dog is currently twitching while she sleeps. Her water bowl was not wet or even full when I arrived which is another reason why I think she was stresssed. As well, my dog ended up soiling her bed that I provided which I ended up just leaving. There's more to say, but to be frank, I'm not happy and my dog is a bit traumatized.

Thanks for taking care of Ilio!
Antionette was easy to work with, communicative, and really sweet to our dog. It was a last minute and long stay and he came home happy and comfortable. I'd definitely work with her again.
