With holidays fast approaching, please reserve your spot now. Last year there were many people who waited until one or two weeks before their big trips to find a dog sitter...and we were all booked! So, get your dog's spot secured now and take the stress out of travel planning.
Counting all customers, neighbor dogs that sneak out of their home yard and the infrequent visitor (stray), our current home has welcomed, fed, cared for, reunited and hosted over 200 stays. Some are repeat and loved customers, some were wandering the road at midnight and we brought them in to find their family or a rescue host. In one instance, an old Golden Lab kept getting out of his home and kept on coming back to our house to see my son :) If you are a K9, you have ticket to my house, warm blankets, treats and privacy to enjoy a chewie, plus every now and then some soft-baked chicken...boneless! Just tell your mom and/or dad to contact me. Owners, Moms/Dads, my home supports both socialization and independent space for pets based on how the dog seems to behave in my home with others. If the guest pet wants to lay low and be in a quiet area they generally hang out with my son upstairs. Downstairs has more action...the front door, windows to watch out of, the patio to keep tabs on the back courtyard, plus the yard to run around, sniff, play and meet others. I am home most of the time and I do offer 24/7 supervision during holidays, weekends, and school breaks. The longest period of time your dog would be at my home with only my dog as company would be four hours.
If you have read this far, you might have a moment to know...I have the same birthday as Cesar Milan and Mother Teresa, August 27th. Google it! This combination is probably why I am known in these parts as "The Fairy Dog Mother". All the boys who bring home stray dogs are told by their parents, "Don't bring that dog in here...take it over to Lauren's house!"
